We don’t store or use any personal information collected by our website unnecessarily. By this we mean we don’t trade or sell your information to anyone or any organisation. There’s nothing underhand going on here. In fact, this policy describes exactly what data we collect, why we need it and what we do with it. So, if you’re interested, read on.

Google Analytics
When someone visits mjfmidlands.co.uk we use a third party service called Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things like the number of visitors to our site and how long they were there. This information is anonymised, which means we cannot identify anyone personally. Neither do we make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If you’re interested in learning more about Google Analytics’ own policies and practices visit their Support Pages: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en
Mailing Lists and Contact Forms
We don’t have a mailing list. But we do allow you to submit your details to us via a form on our website. We ask for your name (so we know who we’re talking to) and your email address (so that we can reply) and that’s all. Any other information you share with us after that is used solely for purposes of doing business together. For example, you may decide to share your phone number with us, so we can call you discuss your project.
The contact form sends your message and details to us through a messaging app called WIX and via email. Your message is then stored on our contact database and email server. If you’re not happy with this, please don’t use the contact form. You can call us or send us an email directly.
Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Matthew Foster at info@mjfmidlands.co.uk.
Changes to this Privacy Notice
We will review our policy at least annually and made changes where appropriate. You can always view the latest version of our privacy policy on our website www.mjfmidlands.co.uk/privacy.
