Hidden Baubles Competition

Terms and Conditions​

1. Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

  • Employees, affiliates, and family members of MJF Midlands Ltd are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • Participants must visit the mjfmidlands.co.uk and search for the three hidden baubles.

  • Upon finding a bauble, waving the mouse over it to reveal a 2-digit code.

  • Participants are required to fill out the contact form on the website, providing their details and the three 2-digit codes in any order.

  • Multiple entries are not allowed.

3. Entry Deadline:

  • The competition begins on 01 December 2024 and ends on 08 December 2024.

  • All entries must be submitted by 08 December 2024 at 1200 noon.

4. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries.

  • The draw will take place on 08 December 2024 after 12:00 noon and winners will be notified via the contact information provided.

  • The winner name will announced on this page after the competition ends and before 30 January 2024.

5. Prizes:

  • WIX Merchandise and Google Nest Mini smart speaker. 

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

  • MJF Midlands Ltd reserves the right to amend the prize.

6. Publicity:

  • By participating, entrants grant MJF Midlands Ltd the right to use their names and submitted content for promotional purposes.

​​

7. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

​​

8. Disqualification:

  • MJF Midlands Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

9. Changes to the Competition:

  • MJF Midlands Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.

10. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
